Use of Service

• The service is for legal residents of the delivery area and must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Users must provide accurate account, delivery, and contact information.

Order and Payment

• Orders can be placed through the website or app and are subject to availability of products.
• Payment options include digital (UPI, card) and cash on delivery, if applicable.
• Full payment is required to process orders. Orders may be cancelled for non-payment or inaccurate details.

Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are scheduled for each morning within the specified delivery zones.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to demand or external factors.
• The company is not liable for delays caused by incorrect user details or unavoidable circumstances.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled before they are processed for delivery. Once delivered, returns are only accepted if the items are incorrect or damaged.
• All refunds and returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to management approval.

User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidential login information.
• Users must use the service lawfully and not resell products.

Limitation of Liability

• Dhanfuliya Fresh is not responsible for damages arising from product misuse, delivery delays, or third-party actions.
• The business’s liability is limited to the cost of the affected order.

Modification and Termination

• These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
• Dhanfuliya Fresh reserves the right to suspend service to users violating these terms.

User Conduct

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and updating account details.
• Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials. All actions taken under a registered account are considered the responsibility of the account holder.
• The app may only be used for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes related to ordering fresh vegetables.
• Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or Dhanfuliya Fresh systems.
• Uploading, sharing, or distributing harmful, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content—such as spam, malware, hate speech, threats, or abusive language.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or staff.
• Impersonating another individual or using another person's account.
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or solicitations not related to Dhanfuliya Fresh.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the app’s source code.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the app.
• Reselling or exploiting the app or its content for commercial purposes.
• Infecting the app with viruses, or otherwise interfering with its normal operations or security.
• Encouraging or assisting others to engage in any prohibited activity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of user accounts, and legal action may be taken as necessary.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be resolved in local courts.
